X Star quality of accommodation establishments on this website
Quality Assurance of hotel, lodge, guest house, and other categories of tourist accommodation standards in South Africa are effected and ensured by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa ( TGCSA). Each establishment is assessed at least once a year within its own category. The Star Grading system, with 1 star being the lowest rating accorded and 5 star the highest, operates from the consumer point of view, and incorporates a Consumer Feedback Mechanism.

These standards are measurable and benchmarked. against global standards. As further evidence that the TGCSA's grading processes and procedures comply with global standards, it has signed a memorandum with MATCH, the FIFA accommodation company which acknowledges that only TGCSA officially graded establishments will be used by MATCH when South Africa hosts the 2010 Soccer World Cup. Mmilo Tours subscribes to these standards which guides its choice of suitable accommodation establishments it includes in its itineraries and hosts on its website.
