View The Big 5, close up, in the wild and dramatic landscape of an ancient volcano, Pilanesberg Game Reserve. Enjoy the fantastical and opulent surroundings of Sun City nearby.

 

Then, wing south to one of the most dramatically situated cities in the world, Cape Town and here, enjoy sun and sea, and unparalleled vistas of the famous mountain and ocean, all in one cost effective package with four star accommodation.

Itinerary for This Tour

Day 1

Arrive Johannesburg and transfer to Lodge Pilanesberg National Park. Pilanesberg is a malaria free game reserve situated adjacent to Sun City. It is situated within the dramatic landscape created by the remains of an ancient volcano. It has the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, Cape Buffalo) and many other species.  Evening Game Drive if time allows. All game drives are conducted by trained game rangers driving the special open game viewing vehicles. Bed and Breakfast 

Day 2

Depart early for a morning game drive and return for a late breakfast. Afternoon transfer to Sun City.

Day 3

Spend the day at Sun City. Enjoy the fantastic opulence of this African Shangri-la.  Bed and Breakfast

Day 4

Depart for Sandton. Spend the day at leisure here at the centre of South Africa’s wealthiest suburb. Here is South Africas premier shopping areas as well as top class restaurants night clubs and theatres  Bed and Breakfast

Day 5

Depart early morning for flight to Cape Town from ORTIA Jo’burg Int Airport. Transfer to 3 star Hotel in the scenic Gardens area of Cape Town. Rest of the day at leisure. Bed and Breakfast

Day 6

Spend the day visiting various attractions of your choice in the central Cape Town area all of which is easily accessible from the hotel. You may also use the open top bus service which stops at all the important venues and gives an excellent view of the city www.citysightseeing.co.za     Bed and Breakfast

Day 7

Tour the beautiful Cape Peninsula. This tour exposes you to the stunning views of sea and mountains for which the Cape of Good Hope is world renowned. The centre of it is Cape Point itself where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. On our way there we will drive over Chapmans Peak, one of the world’s must beautiful stretches of coastline and visit the picturesque fishing harbour of Hout Bay at its foot. On our way back we will visit Boulders Beach with its famous African Penguins and Groot Constantia, the very first place vines were grown at the Cape, which is set on the wooded slope of these mountains and is a beautiful historic and peaceful place to finish the day. Take a stroll in the grounds, visit the museum, restaurant, or just put your feet up for a moment before returning to Cape Town for the evening at your leisure. Bed and Breakfast

At leisure in Cape Town as per Day 7. Bed and Breakfast.

Day 9

Depart on morning flight to Jo’burg. You will be transferred from your hotel to the airport, by a Mmilo Tours representative.

The SATSA Bonded logo serves to testify to the fact that the bearer, being a SATSA member in good standing, has a financial guarantee in place to cover monetary deposits lodged with the member in advance of services to be rendered.

Should the member become financially insolvent prior to rendering the contracted service, the bond, which has an indemnity limit of R1.5 million, guarantees that deposits will be refunded, or the service replaced, to a maximum level of R300 000 per event or R75 000 per claim against the insolvent member.

This is an insurance bond underwritten by Lombard Insurance and certain underwriting syndicates at Lloyd's of London and is administered by SATSA, a section 21 company incorporated not for gain.
